On May 5th 2026, the City of Luxembourg held an information meeting regarding upcoming works in Côte d'Eich.
These are large-scale works scheduled to begin in September 2026 and last until spring 2028. The aim is to renovate all of the infrastructure (water, gas, electricity, street lighting, etc.)
The area affected by the works runs from Place Dargent to Avenue de la Porte Neuve. It will be divided into 10 distinct sections. The works will be carried out in 4 phases, with active sites in a maximum of 5 sections at a time.
The City of Luxembourg has ensured the availability of two traffic lanes (two-way) and one sidewalk for the duration of the works.
