2. Purposes, legal basis for processing, and categories of data processed
The association processes the following data:
For the administrative management of members (based on the signed submission of the membership form): name, first name, postal address, email address, phone number, date of membership.
For the management of contributions (based on the signed submission of the membership form): name, first name, postal address, email address, phone number, date of membership, bank account.
For sending newsletters (based on consent): name, first name, email address.
For managing messages received from the website (based on validation of the contact form): name, first name, email address, phone number.
For managing contact lists other than members: name, first name, postal address, email address.
For managing the website: IP address and cookies.
3. Categories of recipients of the processed data
As part of the administrative management of members and subscriptions, data is transferred to the members of the Board of Directors.
The members of the Board of Directors are also responsible for sending the newsletter, processing messages received via the website, and maintaining contact lists of non-members.

The data of visitors to our website is collected by our host Odoo. The cookie policy can be viewed here: https://eich.lu/cookie-policy
4. Retention period
Data concerning members is retained for up to one year after non-payment of the annual subscription, after leaving the association, or after the member's exclusion.
Data processed in the context of subscription management is retained for up to 2 months after the annual accounts are closed.
Regarding data processed for sending newsletters, for managing contact lists of non-members, or received via the form on our website, this data may be retained until the withdrawal of consent from the individual concerned.
5. Rights of the individuals concerned
You can access the data concerning you and obtain a copy of it (Article 15 of the GDPR), obtain the rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data (Article 16 of the GDPR), object to the processing of your data under the conditions provided for in Article 21 of the GDPR, and obtain the erasure of such data under the conditions provided for in Article 17 of the GDPR. In certain cases, you have the right to data portability (Article 20 of the GDPR) and to the limitation of processing under the conditions provided for in Article 18 of the GDPR.
6. Complaint
If you believe that the processing of your data carried out by us constitutes a violation of the GDPR, you can file a complaint with the CNPD (www.cnpd.lu).
